TYPES OF TRAINIING SESSIONS:

INDIVIDUAL

Individual sessions are only limited to one athlete per session. During this training session we will focus on both your physical and mental skills. Through a series of drills we will transform your skills and maximize your abilities.

GROUP

Group sessions are limited to only eight athletes per session. During small group sessions you will get high intensity training in a competitive environment that challenges your growth and development. Iron sharpens iron.

MENTORSHIP

Mentorship is granted to every athlete enrolled in CSP training program. During meetings you will be able to grow and develop as an individual through open line communication and personal development exercises.
